SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We do not accept returns on our hand-painted denim jackets as they are painted to order.

On our other product we have a returns policy that lasts 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 20 Haynes Lane, Crystal Palace, SE19 3AN

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Duty and Taxes:

Orders outside of the UK will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). You are liable for all duties, customs, and sales taxes based on the country requirements where the order is being sent. Upon arrival, a separate payment will be required to release your order. Caine London is not responsible for the payment of this duty. For more information on any customs and duties that may be incurred, please contact your local DHL office.

What happens with returned packages or failed deliveries?

In the case where DHL is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, the customer’s refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, or otherwise, Caine London is not liable for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier (which includes any unpaid customs or taxes). In addition to this, Caine London is not responsible for any fees incurred upon re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Insurance:

Caine London insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Caine London and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

DHL can deliver to certain destinations without collecting a signature. If this option applies to your delivery address, you can update your preference on the shipping page at checkout before proceeding to purchase. If you choose not to provide a signature as proof of delivery, you agree to our terms & conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
